Acer Legal Resources has been in business since 1994, and since then we have only hired licensed process servers. Our office is staffed to handle very demanding clients of large volume, and we specialize in foreclosures. We are always actively pursuing new accounts, and you will find we are easy to work with. We have local process servers in the Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties, and we also have a nationwide network for any out-of-area process needed. Our servers are now using an app that allows them to capture GPS, photos, and real-time statuses. That app, as well as the system we use, will send you emails any time your document is modified, whether it is served, and if we are inputting comments for status of the document. Our normal turnaround time is 3-5 days, unless there are unusual circumstances. We have been known to be creative in serving when the occasion arise, and we deeply understand the importance of getting affidavits back to you, which is a priority in this office.
